Overall summit format is quite good from the set meetings perspective

Meeting and session length are great.

The summit was productive in the exchange of information and views on the possibilities of investment in oil and gas projects in Latin America. Especially with regard to the incidence of governments and environmental topics.

This is the only CIO event we attend. It allows us to deliver a very focused message to our target audience at the individual level. Several relationships were forged. We invested in this event to build relationships. We left the summit with several new business partnerships.

The audience was a great mix of commercial and public sector organizations. Thus, it was one single audience that we are rarely able to meet with in a single setting. It struck me, that while we can have one to one meetings with these customers virtually anytime, the benefit of the conference is being in one location and meeting with multiple customers. The event was a very effective use of time and effort.
